Rundown Cottage Giveaway Challenge
Grandma and Grandpa Willow loved their beautiful, well built, cottage dearly!
They had an amazing fishing pond outback, places to eat, a beautiful garden and just everything an elderly couple could want!
They, however, went on one last vacation and never returned. No one is sure exactly what happened to them, they went to visit the sloped of Mt. Komorebi and literally have not been heard from since.
They had written up a will, long ago, leaving all their possessions, cottage, vehicles and savings to their long lost granddaughter.
I say long lost because, she was a runaway teen at the young age of barely turning 13 years old. Her mother was never around and her father was a drunk who constantly harassed and abused her.
They left this will in the hands of their dearest friend, hoping one day the granddaughter would show up looking for them.
One day, she finally did. When she did, she was handed the will, the deed, all of their savings, a mere $10K, and the overgrown rundown horrible cottage.
She was the happiest young adult with just this as she had been living on the streets this entire time.
Now she will have a home, once she figures out exactly how to fix it up so it can be a beautiful home again.
